No. Every plan includes unlimited team members. Plans are priced on how many creator accounts you track, not how many people log in — so adding a colleague never costs anything.

Each TikTok or Instagram account you are tracking, counted once. A creator with both a TikTok and an Instagram handle uses two. Creators, campaigns and posts are all unlimited on every plan.

Your monthly allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle and does not roll over. Credits you buy as a top-up are different — you paid cash for those, so they never expire, and they are only spent once your monthly allowance is gone.

Syncing pauses until your next cycle. You can buy a top-up at any time — it costs the same as your monthly plan and adds half a month of credits, which is deliberately worse value than upgrading. If you are topping up regularly, the next plan up will cost you less per credit.
